Exchange Policy
To facilitate an exchange, customers must select from the available colors and sizes. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or colors for exchange.
The product may be exchanged only once. Subsequent exchanges will not be permitted.
The exchange period may vary based on the current processing conditions and is not subject to a fixed timeframe.
We do not offer refunds for any of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly facilitate an exchange at no additional shipping cost. Please ensure that exchange requests are made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your exchange. To make this process convenient, we offer door-to-door service for both the collection of the damaged item and the delivery of the replacement. Please note that items damaged due to mishandling after the 24-hour window from the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process
To initiate the process of exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Customers are required to place an order for the desired product for exchange within 24 hours of receiving the original order.
2. In the street address section on the checkout page, please ensure that your invoice number is included.
3. When placing your order, select the “Cash on Delivery” option.
4. Any adjustment for price differences will be made in cash at the time of delivery.
Our customer care team will commence the exchange process and will subsequently provide a confirmation through E-mail.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once the packaging has been opened by the customer, we cannot guarantee the integrity or hygiene of the product, making it non-returnable and non-resellable.
Please note that once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
