LUSSO VITA — Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
At Lusso Vita, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any order, except in the specific circumstances described in this policy.
2. Exchange Policy — Size Issues
If you receive a product that does not fit due to a size error, we allow a one-time exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Exchanges are available only for prepaid orders. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for exchange.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Return & Refund Policy — Damaged Products
A return and refund will be provided only if the product you receive is damaged. To be eligible:
The damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
Please email care@thelussovita.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
Once the damage claim is verified by our team, we will process a return and issue a refund.
4. No Other Returns or Refunds
Outside of the size-exchange and damaged-product provisions above, Lusso Vita does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or delivery delays.
