Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds for any of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly facilitate an exchange at no additional shipping cost. Please ensure that exchange requests are made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. To initiate the exchange, please send a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with your Order ID to our support team at care@thelussovita.com.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your exchange. To make this process convenient, we offer door-to-door service for both the collection of the damaged item and the delivery of the replacement. Please note that items damaged due to mishandling after the 24-hour window from the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once the packaging has been opened by the customer, we cannot guarantee the integrity or hygiene of the product, making it non-returnable and non-resellable.
